If your study permit is denied, you can choose to reapply for the study and/or work permit by improving your application. The Canadian government will send a letter explaining why the visa was not approved. If you decide to reapply, the College can provide you with an updated acceptance letter. However, if you do not want to reapply, you can request a refund. To calculate the refund, you must provide the visa refusal letter. Generally, the application fee plus an administrative fee of $80 CAD would be lost. Refunds are processed within 30 days after the refund calculation is finalized.
